No order is accepted until both parties confirm a written quotation. The quotation states the products, quantities, lead time, shipping method, delivery term and applicable charges.

Processing time

Processing begins after the agreed payment condition is met. Any estimated dispatch date is stated in the quotation and may change if specifications are revised or required information is delayed.

Delivery and tracking

Available carriers depend on the destination and shipment type. Tracking information is supplied when the selected service provides it. Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by this website.

Duties and local charges

Import duties, taxes, customs fees and destination handling charges are allocated according to the delivery term in the quotation. Buyers are responsible for accurate recipient and customs information.

Address changes and delays

Address changes requested after dispatch may not be possible. Carrier delays, customs inspections and events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery timing.
