Effective 31 August 2026
Returns & claims
Claims are assessed against the written specification and quotation for the order. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Inspecting deliveries
Buyers should inspect the shipment promptly after delivery and keep the outer packaging, labels and product packaging until the inspection is complete.
Reporting a problem
Report visible damage, shortages or specification differences within seven calendar days after delivery unless the quotation provides a different period. Include the order reference, affected quantity, photographs and a clear description.
Assessment and remedy
We may request additional evidence or return of affected goods. Depending on the confirmed cause and the written order terms, the remedy may be replacement, repair, credit, partial refund or another agreed solution.
Non-returnable situations
Returns may be refused for approved samples or specifications, buyer-requested customization, normal tolerances disclosed before ordering, damage after delivery, or goods used contrary to their intended purpose.
Return authorization
Do not return goods without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused and related transport or customs charges may remain the buyer's responsibility.
